Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and are typically 10–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Eclate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at weareclate1@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
