We want you to love your Eclate frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at weareclate1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or colour, please contact us at weareclate1@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at weareclate1@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
